Westminster cops nab robber sleeping 2 blocks from department

Officers with the Westminster Police Department have arrested a man they believed robbed a Walgreens. The suspect, 26 year old Paul McQue Webb, had fallen asleep at the wheel just two blocks away from the police department. Webb had a severe cut on his hand and needed medical attention.... more » -

Authorities say a suspected California jewelry thief has been turned in by his parents. Oceanside police say the couple recognized their son from a surveillance photo on a television newscast about last month's robbery.
