The City of Pueblo is restricting public access to the Arkansas river. The water's running so high it's now starting to soak properties in the county. Governor's aide withdraws consideration for US attorney

Gov. Bill Ritter's deputy chief of staff has withdrawn from consideration to be the next U.S. attorney in Colorado amid questions raised during Ritter's gubernatorial campaign. Evans Army Hospital restricts visitors

Evans Army Hospital has joined other local hospitals in restricting visitors to prevent the spread of H1N1 swine flu. Visitors under 13-years-old are banned.
