Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs is completely reopened. A water main break had forced the rerouting of traffic from the westbound to eastbound lanes between Forge and Elkton, impacting rush hour traffic both Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. Repairs are now complete. more » -
