The judge who sent Lindsay Lohan to jail has removed herself from the case after a prosecutor complained she improperly contacted a rehab center about the court-ordered treatment of the actress. Charlie Sheen's publicist says the actor has entered rehab and is taking a break from television's top-rated comedy, "Two and a Half Men," prompting the network to announce it is temporarily halting production of the show.
