10,000 use discount prescription card in El Paso County

The El Paso Board of County Commissioners reports approximately 10,000 citizens have participated in a prescription drug discount program. They've bought nearly 23,000 prescriptions at a savings of more than $250,000. The average, reported savings of these medications compared to the retail price was 23 percent, according to the report.... more »
