Colorado Springs Police and the Major Accidents Investigation Unit have reopened the southbound lanes of Powers Blvd at Galley Road following a lengthy investigation of a crash that occurred around 2:00 am Sunday. $750,000 in federal grant money helps fund Springs eco-friendly library
