Canon City passes medical marijuana moratorium

In Cañon City Monday night, all seven city council members unanimously passed a 120 day moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries. The ordinance prohibits any new dispensaries from operating within city limits. Applications for a permit or license to operate a medical marijuana dispensary will not be processed during that time.... more »
