News First 5 has a new General Manager. He is Evan Pappas. Pappas comes to Colorado from California where he has been General Manager of KSBY in San Luis Obispo since 2008. David Whitaker, General Manager since 1998 is retiring. Whitaker has been in broadcasting for 45 years.... more » -

Local health officials say there is no seasonal flu vaccine shortage. Head on collison kills Colorado Springs woman

At least one person has died after a head-on collision. The State Patrol says a woman from Colorado Springs was driving erratically when her car collided head-on with another vehicle.
