COLORADO SPRINGS - The first people to be convicted of burglarizing evacuated homes in the Mountain Shadows neighborhood during the Waldo Canyon Fire were issued heavy sentences Wednesday. Thousands of people have been affected by the Waldo Canyon Fire burning near Colorado Springs.
