Roads improve slowly

Some of the hardest hit areas in Southern Colorado are north and east. In Monument Thursday night, Interstate 25 was icy with blowing snow. In eastern El Paso County white out conditions caused some problems. There wasn't much snow, but the wind pushed that snow across Highway 24. It... more » -
