Fremont County Coroner confirms ID of body found in Arkansas River

The Fremont County Coroner has confirmed with News First 5 that the body of Michael Ruggiere was recovered from the Arkansas River after it was discovered by rafters in an area described as hard to reach earlier this week. Dead body found in grave is missing Pueblo man
