Three suspects, accused of stealing copper wire from area utility poles in Colorado Springs, are under arrest. Three employees of Colorado Springs Utilities have been arrested for stealing items found in a shed. Detectives were looking into a theft at a storage building in the 900 block of South Union Boulevard. An anonymous tip led them to a shed and the owner authorized a search. Inside... more »
