Suspect in horrible crime won't stand trial

A Denver homeless man accused of kidnapping hikers near Nederland has been found incompetent to stand trial. A judge announced Thursday that Joseph Scott Carter, 43, was found incompetent by staff at the Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo.
