An early morning call to police has left one Colorado Springs business shot up and asking questions. It all happened at a medical marijuana dispensary on the 1300 block of North Academy around 3 Saturday morning. Police received a call of shots fired in the area. The suspects got away.... more » -

The Pueblo city council should decide tonight--July 12, on whether to put two questions on the November ballot regarding medical marijuana centers. A man who Thornton police say was running an illegal medical marijuana dispensary has been arrested. Pueblo pot moratorium extended

Pueblo City Council has voted to extend a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries in the city. The Obama administration has ordered federal prosecutors to stop pursuing medical marijuana users and sellers in states, like Colorado, that have legalized its use.
