    If you think the medians are looking scraggly in Colorado Springs--you're not alone. They're actually violating code in some cases. Sue Skiffington-Blumberg, a spokeswoman for Colorado Springs, says a contractor has been hired to cut them beginning this week. The city is also developing an adopt-a-median campaign. more »
