For teens with diabetes, learning proper nutrition and weight management is imperative to remaining healthy. The Pueblo City-County Health Department is sponsoring a free, 14 week diabetes class beginning in January. It's aimed at teens 13-18. Participants will meet weekly for 90 minutes.
