The City of Colorado Springs has contracted with a single company to provide vending and beverages. Canteen Vending has agreed to pay the City at least $45,000 a year. Army tests machine for Pueblo chemical weapons

An Army depot in Alabama has begun testing equipment that will be used in Colorado to disassemble chemical weapons before they're neutralized and destroyed.
