Flags at half-staff in Colorado today

Flags are flying at half-staff in Colorado today in honor of Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin McNeley, 30, of Wheat Ridge. He was killed on July 23, in Afghanistan. He was one of two sailors kidnapped and killed. McNeley's funeral service is today in Wheat Ridge. more »
