Jonathan Howell will go before a judge Tuesday afternoon. He's accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter. Colorado Springs Police arrested him Sunday. Toddler's death ruled homicide; arrest made

Colorado Springs police are now calling the weekend death of a 2-year-old girl a homicide. They say "Isa" Isasayen Romero died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen.
