A Colorado Springs man suspected of abusing his daughter is back in custody. Authorities say 23 year-old Jesse Kaizen failed to return to a courthouse in Colorado Springs after a break in a bond-revocation hearing last Thursday. Parents are behind bars after being accused of the attempted first degree murder of their daughter.
