Two of Colorado's mountain highways should be open in time for the Memorial Day weekend. The Colorado Department of Transportation plans to open Independence Pass between Leadville and Aspen Today. Brush child porn teacher arrested again in Missouri

A former elementary school teacher who was convicted of posessing child pornography in Brush, Colorado, will spend 10 years in prison after being convicted on similar charges in Kansas City.
