NB Highway 115 at Titus Rd. reopens

Traffic is again flowing smoothly on Highway 115 at Titus Rd. That's adjacent to Fort Carson and Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The Colorado State Patrol reports that a jack-knifed truck had blocked lanes for a time. more »
