The El Paso County Department of Human Services will finish its move to the Citizens Service Center at 1675 Garden of the Gods Road starting tomorrow and over the weekend. Tomorrow all DHS offices will close at 2 p.m. Offices will open Monday at 1 p.m. at the new location.... more » -
