2 held in $27,000 Aspen shoplifting spree

Aspen police have jailed two men on suspicion of shoplifting $27,000 worth of high-end clothing, champagne and other goods. They were arrested Wednesday. US moves to place new duties on steel from China

The U.S. government is imposing new duties on imports of steel pipes from China, the latest sign of trade tensions between the two countries.
