Casinos want lower payouts in blackjack

Colorado casinos want regulators to lower the minimum payout on blackjacks. Under a proposal that will be considered Thursday during the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission's monthly meeting, a $10 bet would return $12 instead of $15 under current regulations.
