DENVER (AP) - Unusually dry conditions and a wildfire that has destroyed 28 homes near Conifer have prompted some Front Range communities to issue fire restrictions. The Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association reports $70 million in damage from a hail and windstorm that hit Colorado last week.
