BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Senate has voted to allow the University of North Dakota to get rid of its Fighting Sioux nickname. Senators voted 39-7 on Tuesday to repeal an earlier bill that ordered UND to keep the Fighting Sioux athletics name and an American Indian logo.... more »
