Flags in Colorado are flying at half-staff today in honor of a fallen soldier. Army Sgt. Faith Hinkley of Monte Vista died Aug. 7 in Baghdad after she was wounded in a rocket explosion. An Army specialist at the time of her death, she was posthumously promoted to sergeant.... more » -

New Colorado school named after fallen soldier

Colorado has named its newest school after a soldier killed in Iraq. The new Weikel Elementary School is named for Ian Weikel, a graduate of Fountain-Fort Carson High School who was killed in action in Iraq in 2006. Weikel was a star athlete in high school who attended the... more » -
Pueblo City Skate Park dedicated to fallen soldier
