A local drug rehab counselor says there's still a big problem with kids smoking herbal incense, despite action by the Drug and Enforcement Administration last year, to temporarily ban possession or sales of the product. The Drug Enforcement Administration and local schools are cracking down on fake pot products such as "K2", "Mr. Smiley", "Spice" and "Chronic".
