DENVER (AP) - A Denver kennel accused of euthanizing dogs with dish-soap injections remains open despite a state report calling the inhumane method "probable." Denver's KMGH-TV reports that the North Washington Street Kennels was investigated by the Colorado Department of Agriculture after two employees reported the unauthorized euthanasia procedure.... more »
