Colorado Springs Emergency Management is sending staff to Boulder County this morning to help bone-weary staffers there deal with day three of a wildfire that's leveled nearly 100 homes and other structures. The Colorado Springs Fire Department has received a $1.1 million grant from the .S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Colorado Division of Emergency Management.
