Pueblo Police report that an ex-con labeled as a Sexually Violent Predator, Emmanuel Bitsuie, is living in the 1200 block of E. Evans Ave. Previously, he was homeless. Bitsuie is on Intensive Supervised Parole for the next 22 months and his movements are being tracked with a GPS... more » -
