Paving project begins on Highway 94

The Colorado Department of Transportation has begun resurfacing a 17-mile stretch of State Highway 94 between Ellicott and Highway 24 east of Colorado Springs. Threat a 'hoax'; woman arrested

An alleged threat that led to a lockdown of Ellicott schools earlier this week was apparently a hoax. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office arrested Stephanie Hiebert, 23, on charges of False Information to Authorities, Interference with Staff/Faculty/Students of an Educational Facility, and Harassment. more » -
