A former assistant pastor was sentenced to seven days in jail for punishing a developmentally disabled adult by blindfolding him and dumping trash on him. Freight train derails, dumps coal in Houston

A freight train carrying coal has derailed in southwest Houston. No injuries were reported. At least a dozen cars including some seen crumpled next to each other went off the tracks when the train derailed late Monday morning.
