Rob Christopher inspired students at Air Academy High School for years, but now they're mourning his death. Power restored in north Colorado Springs

Update: Power has been completely restored. ----------------------------------------------- Colorado Springs Utilities confirms a power outage due to an underground cable which was severed at Copper Center.
