The Catholic Diocese of Pueblo has announced Bishop Arthur Tafoya will retire on December 10, 2009. The diocese says the Catholic Church requires bishops to retire after turning 75 years old. Bishop Tafoya is 77. Fr. Fernando Isern from Miami will be ordained as the new bishop of Pueblo... more »
