Colorado regulators won't license surgery technicians, despite the recent case of a surgery tech who admitted stealing syringes filled with a painkiller and infecting three dozen people with hepatitis C. Hundreds may still be untested for hepatitis C

Hundreds of people who may have been exposed to hepatitis C through dirty syringes may not have been tested for the disease yet.
