Southern Delivery System (SDS) crews will have construction activities crossing Purcell Boulevard at N. Jarosa Drive in Pueblo West through Friday. Workers are getting ready to reopen Interstate 70 in western Colorado, three days after a rock slide tore gaping holes in an elevated section and littered the highway with boulders.
