A medical marijuana dispensary operator in Pueblo has been sentenced to 18 months of probation for marijuana possession, but he plans to appeal the conviction. A man faces federal charges after agents raided his home last week. Prosecutors Tuesday charged Chris Bartkowicz with one count of possession with intent to manufacture, dispense, or distribute.
