Between November 23rd and Jan 3rd, law enforcement agencies all across Colorado conducted arrests of 1,556 people for driving impaired. The Colorado State patrol is currently investigating a fatal single vehicle accident that took the life of a 17 year old unidentified girl in Penrose at around 9:50am Sunday.
