The Wyoming Highway Patrol just released the names of four Colorado Springs family members, killed in a washout. Laurel Constantinides, 39 Zoey Constantinides, 5 Lucia Constantinides, 2 Hanna Constantinides, 8 Alex Constantinides, 39, survived the accident.
