CDOT work to slow traffic in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs will begin construction on Academy Boulevard just north of York Road Friday night. The work is expected to wrap-up July 30. A cone zone alert at Cimarron and 8th streets. Construction associated with a pedestrian bridge will be happening around 12:30 p.m. The northbound lanes of 8th street will be one lane south of Cimarron and traffic won't be allowed to turn left off 8th St from Cimarron Street to Costilla.... more »
