Coloradans win national awards from Forest Service

Three Coloradans have won national-level U.S. Forest Service awards for wilderness stewardship. Steve Smith is assistant regional director of The Wilderness Society. He received a Bob Marshall Award for Individual Champion of Wilderness Stewardship. Smith recently helped negotiate a water protection agreement inthe Dominguez Canyon Wilderness.
