A woman had her car stolen by an armed man at the Pueblo West Library according to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office. A suspect was later arrested in Colorado Springs. It happened around 12:30 at 298 E. Joe Martinez, less than a hundred yards from a Sheriff's Office Substation.... more » -
