One lane has reopened on South Carefree Circle at Teardrop in Colorado Springs after a water main break. CSU says it's very narrow and slow-going in the area---so you should still avoid it if you can. Work should be complete later this evening. more » -

Colorado Springs Utilities says 30 people are without water due to a water main break at South Carefree Circle and Teardrop. Eastbound Carefree Circle will be closed through the afternoon drive for repair work. Avoid the area if you can. more »
