Fewer Coloradans are driving new cars these days. A Colorado auto group reports that new-car registrations dropped 28 percent last year - the largest decline in a decade. Colorado voters to decide 2 tax proposals

Two plans to cut Colorado taxes have been cleared for ballots next year. One ballot initiative would slash income taxes, vehicle registration fees and would cut most taxes and fees on phones and Internet service. The other could lead to property tax cuts in areas with falling property values.... more »
