Kidnapping suspect locked up at Pueblo County Jail

Jose Humberto Garcia woke up in a jail cell this morning. The 29-year old is accused of kidnapping 9-year old Calysta Cordova from Columbian Elementary School in Pueblo on Thursday afternoon.
