Pueblo County residents can now register their cellular phones and Voice-over IP (VoIP) phones with emergency agencies. New system helps Pueblo fire crews respond faster

Police say a woman made 48 phony 911 calls threatening suicide, asking police to shoot her and claiming that her mother was dying of a heart attack.
