Car crashes into the Satellite Hotel

A car has crashed through a window into the Satellite Hotel, on Academy Blvd., in Colorado Springs. The driver, described by emergency crews on scene as an 85-year-old man, was not hurt. No one inside the hotel was hurt, either. The hotel is described as structurally sound. more » -

Powers Blvd. at Aeroplaza has reopened. All lanes were closed following a serious crash. Two people were taken to the hospital, but the conditions are not known. Officers on the scene say a man who was driving a white pick up south on Powers admitted to running a redlight... more »
