Bankruptcy filings up 14% in 2010

New numbers from the American Bankruptcy Institute show a 14% rise in bankruptcy filings between January and June. Majestic Star Casino LLC is seeking bankruptcy protection after defaulting on debt obligations involving casinos and hotels in Indiana, Colorado and Mississippi.
